| OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS
Mavco Leisure (UK) are an Entertainment and Security Company. We represent a number of suppliers and act on their behalf when supplying all forms of artiste(s) and security personnel to corporate and private clients. Please read these notes carefully, as they will outline our nature of business. If you have any enquiries please call us on 08707 601 24 7. A welcome pack detailing your booking will be sent out to you upon acceptance of our quotation.
Quotations.
We produce quotations based on the information given to us by you. When a booking is undertaken we will send you out confirmation of the booking that shows all the information given for the quotation. It is important to make sure all details are correct and include all material facts, as false details or incorrect information can lead to additional fees or even the booking being cancelled. We reserve the right to change our rates at short notice.
Entertainment:
Fees & Charges
We charge a processing fee of 15% for arranging the booking on your behalf. If any changes are to be made to your booking such as change of venue, date, number of staff required or any other alteration then we will charge you an administration fee in accordance with the scale and cost of the booking. If a payment becomes overdue then we will charge you an administration fee of £25.00 for writing to you and apply interest at the rate of 10% per week for all late payments.
Security:
Billing
Our billing cycle is charged in half hour increments with a minimum of 5 hours. Expenses are calculated from our registered address as follows; 25p per mile each way after the first 40 miles + 50% of the hourly rate for travelling time after the first 2 hours. We invoice in advance on a 4 & 5 week pattern and weekly for short term contracts. Settlement of the invoice can be made by BACS, direct bank transfer or debit card.
Short term contracts
We offer a number of contracts for those clients who only need to use our services at busy times or to help with staff shortages. You can use our services on a ‘once only’ basis, weekly or monthly on a 3, 6 or 9 month basis. Please call us for further details.

Cancellations
Please note: If you wish to cancel your booking or terminate your contract early you must first call customer services on 08707 601 24 7 option 2. The charges that are payable by you for cancelling are as follows;
Within 6 weeks = 30%, 2 weeks = 50%, 7 days, or if we cancel your booking for non payment 100% of the total cost of your booking is payable.
If you do not pay any monies owed, we reserve the right to use a debt recovery agency to recover any amounts not paid. Any costs we have to pay to get this money back will be added to your existing debt. Any refund due back to you will be paid via your original payment method.

Contractual Agreement
Unless otherwise stated when you make your initial booking you will be sent out a contract to sign and return. You need to make sure you check all material facts and read our terms of business. Once the contract is signed you are accepting the fact that you have read and understood our terms of trade and you are happy with all the information recorded on the booking. This contract then becomes a legal binding document. You have 7 days from the date shown on your welcome letter to check all information and return the contract signed, after 7 days your booking will automatically be withdrawn and we shall assume you no longer require the service(s) booked.
